Why can free members only see 10 grants?
The grants library is researched and maintained weekly — deadlines, cycles, eligibility, and funder contacts are verified by hand. Free membership shows the first 10 opportunities so you can judge the quality of the research before you pay. Approved members see the full 1,000+ record library, the deadline tracker, and the grants workboard.
What does 'Approved Access' actually mean?
Approved Access is the paid working tier. Approval is granted automatically the moment a community or build purchase is completed, or manually by our team after an application review. Approved members are the only ones inside the workboard, the private rooms, and the daily build window.
What are the approval criteria?
Three things: you hold or serve an administrative office (general secretary, bishop, presiding officer, executive administrator, founder, or legacy trustee); you can name the first system that must be fixed; and you are ready to begin implementation, not merely research. Payment confirms readiness — a completed purchase approves you immediately.
How does the per-day offer work?
We accept only four Done-For-You App Build starts per day. More than four requests are reviewed daily; only four are accepted. Slots reset each morning on the daily reset clock. Approved members are placed first in the queue; free members submit a request and are reviewed in the next open window.
What happens right after I pay?
Your account is marked Approved, the full grants library unlocks, your grants workboard opens, and your build slot request moves to the front of that day's review. You will receive confirmation with your next action on the dashboard.
Can I stay free forever?
Yes. Free membership never expires — you keep the 10-grant preview, the Live Congratulations Desk, Vision Replay, webinars, and the readiness score. Upgrade only when you are ready to work the pipeline.
